The Wellcoaches Healthcare App is a health and well-being tool that gives you a way to share your wearables data, such as physical activity data from an Apple Watch, with a Health Coach via the Wellcoaches Healthcare web-based tools. You can share your physical activity level, body weight, heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen saturation. Updates will let you share additional measures such as sleep duration and quality.
The Wellcoaches Healthcare web-tools make it easy for you to work with your Health Coach to build a healthier lifestyle:
HABITS - Track your eating, sleeping, exercising, or anything you want
LOGS - Track data from your Apple Health devices
GOALS - Set goals and a time frame to achieve them
PATH - Create your vision of your health and well-being
Your Health Coach can also invite you to take questionnaires so you can work together to increase your positivity, make use of resources in your community to help overcome obstacles you face, and be able to share your health risk scores with your Health Coach and your doctor.
